Topics include choosing between an assistant, RAG, and agentic workflows; grounding answers in retrieved sources; evaluating evidence and handling unsupported claims; and designing systems that remain useful and verifiable when information changes.

The session includes hands-on exercises in which participants build and discuss their own AI systems, identify suitable information sources, and assess how their solutions should behave when evidence is missing.
